We will respond to you Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

  • What payment do we accept?

We accept all payments by VISA, Master Card, American Express. You also have the possibility to pay for your purchases by Paypal.

  • How soon will you receive your order?

All our orders are dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. All our orders are sent Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will automatically require 2 more days of processing. For information only, shipping times are 2 to 5 weeks.

  • What is our return policy?

Your purchase can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt in the event of a malfunction noted by our support.
